Large, integrated business systems implementations have a history of flawed execution. Our research shows that systems over $10M have <1% chance of success. Many of the very large variances in performance are only discovered in the final stages of the project life-cycle, even though the causes of these issues actually occur much earlier. This understanding, in conjunction with our strong experience in project benchmarking, process auditing, and risk management, allows us to effectively review and analyze the vendor for high levels of performance and effectiveness.

Our role as independent evaluator allows us to offer unbiased opinion regarding risk mitigation and course correction. Our proven methodology provides phase gates with defined entry and exit criteria, and we use these metrics to determine Quality Variance™ (QV™), which predicts the remaining defects and likelihood of meeting planned cost and schedule.
