Dickieson Brings Over 17 Years of Industry Experience with Over 14 Years in Software Testing and Validation

DAYTON, OH June 1, 2011– Lighthouse Technologies, Inc. (Lighthouse), an expert in software quality testing and validation services, is pleased to announce Sean Dickieson as its new software test and validation practice manager. Dickieson will be responsible for leading Lighthouse’s software test and validation capability and will assist in growing Lighthouse’s presence across multiple market segments.

As an expert in validation project management, Dickieson has led numerous validation teams, applying risk-based validation processes to maximize software development team efficiencies, performing vendor audits and providing validation project management.  Dickieson’s additional responsibilities at Lighthouse will be to drive business growth, assist sales with customer proposals, improve Lighthouse’s practice methodologies and manage employees in the software testing and validation department. 

Previously with E-Technologies Group, Dickieson’s background includes over 17 years of progressive leadership and implementation of quality functions and compliance, with specific focus on manufacturing systems and environments. During that time, he has also developed expertise in validation management, risk management and quality system development.
