Jeff Van Fleet, President & Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is the President and Founder of Lighthouse Technologies, Inc., which specializes in software quality assurance and software engineering solutions. He has more than twenty years of experience in the management, development, and deployment of both commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) complex software/hardware systems. His areas of expertise include software quality processes, program management, technical leadership, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOD). Jeff has extensive experience with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Level 3 software engineering practices, and has pragmatically applied these practices to increase productivity and quality to his customers.
David Deakin, Vice President, Operations
David has over 20 years experience in all aspects of Information Systems leadership, including recent experience, in the integration of Oracle 11i ERP applications utilizing business process alignment methodology. His strong business requirements analysis and systems/services alignment capabilities offer clients effective guidance with business solutions assessment, business case definition, and portfolio prioritization. Extensive project and program management experience provide confidence in establishing on-time, on-budget delivery mechanisms within a rigorous performance tracking framework.
Lonnie Franks, Vice President Quality and Executive Consultant
Lonnie brings 30 years of architecture, management and development experience with focus on dramatically improving software development organizations, while managing $250M annual R&D budgets. Lonnie was founder of Caledonian Project Recovery (CPR), Ltd. which merged with Lighthouse in the Fall of 2004. Lonnie brings an incredible wealth of knowledge in software project management and software quality, but his real strength is in mentoring, coaching, and teaching Lighthouse’s clients and employees these best practices. He continuously learns himself and applies his critical thinking skills to extend the Lighthouse core Quality-Driven Development Methodology™ and push the leading edge of thought.
Eric Weston, Vice President, Commercial Business
Eric brings 20 years of business solutions delivery experience across several industries including consumer packaged goods, industrial products, medical products and financial services. He applies this experience in defining the best solutions for our clients. Eric's zeal for business improvement is apparent when you talk with him. He loves his work and does what it takes to help our clients become more successful.
Silvia Anderson, Vice President, Government Business
Silvia has over 28 years of DoD logistics experience and is leading our ECSS IV&V effort. She has managed over 25,000 personnel, and held numerous senior executive positions within the Air Force, Army, and Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Melinda Stoermer, Director of Corporate Quality
Melinda has over 30 years of experience in software development, product management, and process development/improvement, as well as being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has adapted and delivered Software QC training and introductory Software Quality Management training courses to software architecture, product management, and development departments. Her energetic and inclusive leadership style motivates and rallies others to work collaboratively across functions and organizations, with focus on results achievement.
