Driving Directions
From Dayton Airport: Exit Airport via Terminal Drive. In approximately 2 miles, merge onto I-70 E toward Columbus. In approximately 2 miles, merge onto I-75 S (Exit 33A) toward Dayton. In about 8-1/2 miles, merge onto US-35 E (exit 52B) towards Xenia. After crossing over I-675 (approximately 8 miles) take next exit off US-35 (OH-835 / Research Blvd / Patterson Rd exit.) At the Y in the exit ramp, turn right onto Research Blvd. Follow Research Blvd approximately 1 mile to 1st traffic light. Turn right onto Grange Hall Rd. Turn left (200 yards) onto Executive Dr. Turn right at 1st street (200 yards) which is Oak Ct. We are in the 3-story building on the 1st floor, (Apple Valley Center) Suite 101.
From Downtown Dayton: Take US-35 E towards Xenia. After crossing over I-675 (approximately 8 miles) take next exit off US-35 (OH-835 / Research Blvd / Patterson Rd exit.) At the Y in the exit ramp, turn right onto Research Blvd. Follow Research Blvd approximately 1 mile to 1st traffic light. Turn right onto Grange Hall Rd. Turn left (200 yards) onto Executive Dr. Turn right at 1st street (200 yards) which is Oak Ct. We are in the 3-story building on the 1st floor, (Apple Valley Center) Suite 101.
From Cincinnati: Take I-75 N to I-675 N. Take I-675 N to the US-35 E exit towards Xenia. Take next exit off US-35 (OH-835 / Research Blvd / Patterson Rd exit.) At the Y in the exit ramp, turn right onto Research Blvd. Follow Research Blvd approximately 1 mile to 1st traffic light. Turn right onto Grange Hall Rd. Turn left (200 yards) onto Executive Dr. Turn right at 1st street (200 yards) which is Oak Ct. We are in the 3-story building on the 1st floor, (Apple Valley Center) Suite 101.
From Columbus: Take I-70 W to I-675 S (Exit 44B). Take I-675 S to the US-35 E exit (Exit 13B) towards Xenia. Take next exit off US-35 (OH-835 / Research Blvd / Patterson Rd exit.) At the Y in the exit ramp, turn right onto Research Blvd. Follow Research Blvd approximately 1 mile to 1st traffic light. Turn right onto Grange Hall Rd. Turn left (200 yards) onto Executive Dr. Turn right at 1st street (200 yards) which is Oak Ct. We are in the 3-story building on the 1st floor, (Apple Valley Center) Suite 101.
From WPAFB: Take Col. Glenn Hwy north to Grange Hall Rd. Turn right onto Grange Hall Rd. Go through light at New Germany Trebein Rd, follow Grange Hall Rd for approximately 1 mile. At the traffic tight, turn right onto Kemp Rd. Turn left at the next light (200 yards) onto Grange Hall Rd. Follow Grange Hall for about 2 miles, through the light at Dayton-Xenia Rd, under US-35 overpass, then take 1st right, Executive Dr. Turn right at 1st street (200 yards) which is Oak Ct. We are in the 3-story building on the lst floor, (Apple Valley Center) Suite 101.
