Jeff is the President and Founder of Lighthouse Technologies, Inc., which specializes in software testing, quality assurance and software engineering solutions. He has more than twenty years of experience in the management, development, and deployment of both commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) complex software/hardware systems. His areas of expertise include software quality testing processes, software development program management, technical leadership, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOD). Jeff has extensive experience with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Level 3 software engineering practices, and has pragmatically applied these practices to increase productivity and software quality to his customers.

Lonnie was founder of Caledonian Project Recovery (CPR), Ltd. which merged with Lighthouse in the Fall of 2004. Lonnie brings an incredible wealth of knowledge in software project management and software quality, but his real strength is in mentoring, coaching, and teaching Lighthouse’s clients and employees these best practices. He continuously learns himself and applies his critical thinking skills to extend the Lighthouse core Quality-Driven Development Methodology™ and push the leading edge of thought.
